It now houses a gourmet restaurant and 9 charming guest rooms and suites with a distinctive style that combines the typical tradition of the area in harmony with modern comforts.
Over the reconditioned sandstone door refers the coats of arms to the former meaning of the more than 390 years old building. Right it goes up stairs into the cosy rooms and suites, straightforward run past the kitchen to the maintained guest rooms.
The seasonal rhythm of nature determines the dishes, which excludes fresh products of the own vegetable cultures, fruit and herb gardens as well as those of other regional bio producers. Good, old rural host tradition thus, away-lived with a personal, modern note - the Pfaff cellar note.
